JANUARY 2022 OSISIOMA NGWA FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH

. As the trees swerve with delight in response to nature's call to duty, you get a real sense of being on a mission.   That feeling heightens each day you arrive at We Impact Africa Health Center at Umuaduru. On the first day, you see a crowd of people from different communities in the area jostling to get registered for our new year free medical health care. On the second day, you can tell that words went out, as the crowd increased tremendously. At the end of the two days, our dedicated volunteer medical and paramedical professionals have seen and provided care to 776 people, including men, women, and children of various wide-ranging ailments. These include general medical treatment, optical care, and cervical cancer screening. People also received counseling and prayers. For those two days, Friday 13th  and 14th of January 2022, medications worth nearly 1 million Naira ($2,000) were freely given. 140 prescription glasses were also given. 103 women were screened for cervical cancer. We are grateful to organizations and individuals who made donations for this outreach. We thank God for the opportunity and privilege to serve humanity. It is always fulfilling to see the joy this sacrifice brings to people.
